I forgot to post (like anyone follows this blog) this Saturday we will be meeting at 6 am at the old Harvest Foods parking lot in the Riverdale Shopping Center on Cantrell Road in Little Rock. The scheduled distances are: marathon build up - 3 miles; folks who are doing maintenance distances - 4 miles, 6 miles, and 8 miles.
If you need directions, just let me know and I will let you know.
