Well, I got out and jogged and walked yesterday, my usual 2.3 miles. It seems to be getting better and better, not feeling as winded after it. One thing that I changed up was my breathing. I changed it to the 3/2 method, 3 steps in and 2 steps out and I can really see a difference. My stats are below:

Distance: 2.31 miles
Avg Pace: 16:35 per mile
Avg Speed: 3.62 mph
Not to bad if I don't say myself
